Description: Inspector Coleman is currently detailed as Program Manager, Criminal Investigations Group, at the USPIS national headquarters. In this role he oversees all aspects of the agency’s mail fraud investigations program, to include managing training, interagency partnerships, and fraud prevention efforts. He also discusses how the USPIS can help APS workers, and how to contact and work with Postal Inspectors.
Speaker: Brian Coleman is an agent with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service in Portland, Oregon and has served as the Portland Domicile’s primary investigator of mail fraud since 2018. In addition to the investigation of complex white-collar fraud schemes, Inspector Coleman conducts outreach presentations to local law enforcement, businesses, and the community, with the goal of educating the public on how to recognize frauds and scams, and how to protect themselves and their associates.
